About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our hospice team in Allentown, Pennsylvania, supporting patients in Mt. Lebanon, PA, and surrounding areas. This ongoing staff position involves 20 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts.
In this role, you will partner with a team to deliver exceptional care in the home setting. You will be responsible for managing patient care plans while utilizing company-provided tablets and smartphones to ensure seamless communication and documentation. The role requires self-management of your time and schedule, with approximately 20% of your day dedicated to driving between patient locations.
