About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our hospice team in Bradfordwoods, Pennsylvania, supporting patients in Wexford, PA, and surrounding areas. This ongoing staff position involves delivering care in a home setting, requiring approximately 20% of your day to be spent driving to and from patient locations.

In this role, you will partner with a team-based environment to manage and deliver patient care plans. You will utilize company-provided tablets and smartphones with 24/7 IT support to ensure critical deadlines for charting are met while self-managing your time and schedule. The position offers a flexible 20-hour per week schedule with 8-hour shifts.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation potential varies by market and includes salary, first-year success bonuses, productivity bonuses, and additional shift work paid at a premium (i.e., after hours, weekends, on-call). The low end of the range includes compensation related to salary and first-year success bonus, while the high end is inclusive of productivity bonuses and additional shift work.
