We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Hospice to join our extraordinary care team in Trafford, Pennsylvania. This position supports patients in Trafford and surrounding areas.
As a Hospice RN, you will partner with a team to deliver high-quality care in a home setting. The role requires self-management of your time and schedule, with approximately 20% of your day dedicated to driving between patient locations. You will utilize company-provided tablets and smartphones, supported by 24/7/365 IT assistance, to manage patient care and documentation.
Successful completion of a drug screen prior to employment is part of our background process, which includes medical and recreational marijuana.
