At Mercy, healthcare is more than a job; it's a calling. We are a team built on compassion, excellence, and support, dedicated to making a difference every day while fostering professional growth for every team member. Whether you are starting your career or bringing years of experience, you will join a collaborative environment where your voice matters and you help shape the future of healthcare through innovation, technology, and compassion.
We are seeking Registered Nurses (RN) for our General Surgery Medical-Surgical inpatient unit at Mercy Hospital South. This is a dedicated inpatient role focused on patient care and is distinct from an Operating Room (OR) position. You will utilize the nursing process to provide comprehensive care, maintaining professional accountability for your assigned patients. Your day will involve evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers, coordinating patient needs across departments, and ensuring the protection of patient rights and confidentiality. All duties are performed in alignment with Mercy's mission, values, and service standards.
We are actively seeking both experienced nurses and new graduates to join our night shift team. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow with us as we expand, providing a supportive environment for clinical excellence.
