This Registered Nurse position within the Float Pool supports both Medical Progressive Care and Cardiac Progressive Care units. As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process. Your work will deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
Using evidence-based practice and clinical decision-making, you will lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum. This role requires a flexible schedule, including three 12-hour night shifts per week, with rotation for holidays and weekends.
