Located in Gilbert, Arizona, within the Phoenix Metro area, Banner Gateway Medical Center is a state-of-the-art facility featuring 286 private rooms, 13 operating suites, and a 46-bed, all-private, Level 4 trauma-designated Emergency Department. The campus shares a unique partnership with the Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center, offering world-class oncology care including a Stem Cell Transplant Center of Excellence, comprehensive Head & Neck cancer care, and advanced diagnostic imaging.
The hospital is fully electronic, utilizing comprehensive electronic medical records, physician order entry, digital radiography, and proprietary advanced patient monitoring. This environment is designed to enhance patient outcomes, healing, and safety while providing innovative resources for our staff.
As a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Department, you will have the unique opportunity to provide exceptional care and help evolve how care is delivered. This full-time night shift position (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) is ideal for driven professionals who embrace change and possess the passion to make a difference. You will work within a dynamic, growing community, utilizing specialized knowledge to assess, plan, and evaluate care for patients of all ages.
We offer a supportive team environment where you can utilize our self-scheduling tool for shift and weekend coverage. This role includes an 18% night shift differential and a flat $3/hour weekend shift differential.
