About the Role
The Grace Medical Center Renal Dialysis Program provides innovative and urgent treatment for patients with end-stage renal disease, as well as acute and peritoneal dialysis. Our team is dedicated to delivering prompt, state-of-the-art care in a warm and welcoming environment.
As a Registered Nurse (RN) on the Dialysis team, you will work 10-hour shifts (approximately 5:30 am–4:30 pm) from Monday through Saturday. In this role, you will provide clinical direction to staff members and deliver comprehensive patient care in accordance with Grace Medical Center policies and federal regulations. You will have the opportunity to care for a variety of increasingly complex patients while expanding your knowledge and skills to improve patient outcomes. The position offers a chance to work at the top of your license within a supportive culture that includes unit-based practice councils and advanced clinical education resources.

Requirements
- verifiedCurrent Maryland RN license required
- verifiedMinimum of two years clinical nursing experience including 12 months in med surge, critical care, or emergency care
- verifiedCurrent BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- verifiedCNN or CDN preferred
- verifiedCompleted CMS-approved training program for water treatment system
- verifiedBasic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- verifiedFunctional proficiency with Grace Medical Center specific application within 60 days
