About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Progressive Care RN to join our team. In this role, you will provide care for patients requiring close monitoring and frequent assessments. You will be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support one another while delivering excellent, collaborative care.

Your day will involve making clinical assessments of situations and managing treatment autonomously. You will collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health, advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team, and use clinical judgment to manage the delivery of patient care safely and effectively. A key part of your responsibility will be monitoring critical vital signs to enable intervention in life-threatening situations, as well as educating patients and their families regarding medications, procedures, and treatments.
