About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse (RN) for Inpatient Rehab to join our team at HCA Florida Osceola Hospital. This role exists to ensure we continue providing all patients with high-quality, efficient care within a patient-centered model. You will be part of a compassionate and reliable team that works hard to support one another while providing excellent care to ill, injured, and recovering adults.

In this position, you will make clinical assessments and manage treatment autonomously. You will act as an advocate for patient safety and the interdisciplinary team, ensuring effective care and the efficient use of time, supplies, and equipment. Your day will involve educating patients and their families regarding medications, procedures, and treatments, providing support throughout their stay.

About the Team & Facility

HCA Florida Osceola Hospital is a 404-bed tertiary care hospital, accredited by the Joint Commission and designated as a Level II Trauma Center. We are a teaching hospital in collaboration with the UCF College of Medicine, conveniently located in the Heart of Kissimmee, just minutes from Orlando, St. Cloud, Celebration, and Poinciana.

Our hospital is committed to enhancing the standard of healthcare by providing a wide range of services, including Emergency Care, Trauma Care, Pediatric ER, Heart & Vascular Institute, and a Comprehensive Stroke Center. Additional services include Baby Suites Maternity Care, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Level II, Women's Services, Behavioral Health, Orthopedics & Spine, and a Graduate Medical Education Program.
