We are seeking a dynamic Progressive Care RN to join our committed and caring team. This role is designed for a compassionate professional who values creating positive patient interactions and is dedicated to the well-being of others. In this position, you will provide care for patients requiring close monitoring and frequent assessments, working autonomously to manage treatment and make critical clinical judgments.
You will be part of a phenomenal team that collaborates to support one another while delivering excellent care. Your day will involve collecting comprehensive health data, advocating for patients within the interdisciplinary team, and monitoring critical vital signs to enable timely interventions for life-threatening situations. Additionally, you will play a key role in educating patients and their families regarding medications, procedures, and treatments, providing support throughout their hospital stay.
