As a Registered Nurse at South Pointe Rehab and Care Center, you will provide essential support to our providers, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, in the delivery of patient care. Your day-to-day impact involves recording vital signs, discussing chief health concerns with patients, performing necessary tests, and administering injections. You will also assist with medical procedures and documentation, ensuring a smooth workflow for the care team.
Beyond clinical duties, you will manage pharmacy communications to order prescriptions, set up referral contacts, and maintain patient charts. You will also handle general office duties, answer phones, and ensure patient rooms are stocked and work areas remain neat and organized.
