About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Stepdown Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In this role, you will provide specialized care to patients transitioning from intensive care to medical-surgical or general inpatient units. These patients require frequent monitoring and complex nursing interventions.

As a member of our team, you will assess and manage complex patient needs, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, patient-centered care. You will monitor cardiac rhythms and telemetry data, respond to life-saving situations, and initiate patient education plans focused on cardiac health and lifestyle modifications.
