As a Resource Pool RN, you will play a crucial role by floating to areas of greatest need, supporting coverage across days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
You will initially start in the Medical-Surgical Resource Pool, with exciting opportunities for cross-training into specialty departments as you grow within the role. This position offers the chance to gain broad clinical exposure while working alongside experienced interdisciplinary teams in a supportive, mission-driven environment. In recognition of your flexibility, clinical skill, and ability to adapt quickly to varying patient populations and workflows, you will receive a 10% float differential on all hours worked.
