About the Role
We invite passionate professionals to join our team as a Registered Nurse in the Pulmonary Medical-Surgical unit. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care that embodies our vision and values. You will act as a vital advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, ensuring an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.
Your day will involve collaborating closely with medical providers and the care team to provide personalized, comprehensive care. You will assess patient conditions during admission and each shift, promptly identifying changes in status. Your responsibilities include performing ordered procedures, administering medications, and monitoring therapeutic responses. A key part of your role is educating patients and families, translating complex medical terminology into clear understanding regarding treatment plans and follow-up measures. You will proactively anticipate needs and resolve patient requests with exceptional care.
