About the Role
As a Registered Nurse in our Pediatric Clinic, you will work collaboratively with Clinic Providers and Leadership to assess, plan, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. This role is vital to supporting patients in achieving optimal health while advancing the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
You will coordinate and delegate care activities, advocate for patients and families, and support improvement initiatives across the continuum of care. Your day will involve conducting thorough patient assessments, delivering personalized care that addresses physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, and educating patients and families on health conditions and preventive care. You will practice within the standards of the Wyoming Nurse Practice Act and the American Nurses Association, ensuring a safe and organized clinical environment.

Requirements
