As a Registered Nurse in our Inpatient Psychiatric unit, you will utilize the nursing process to provide comprehensive patient care. You will maintain professional accountability for the patients assigned to you, evaluating the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers. This role involves coordinating patient care in conjunction with other departments to ensure a seamless and holistic treatment experience.
