We are hiring a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for our Skilled Nursing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the total nursing needs of residents while actively incorporating our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." Your day-to-day impact involves ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident's daily life rhythm. You will perform comprehensive nursing evaluations, initiate plans of care as needed, and coordinate assignments with care partners to ensure accountability for resident care and satisfaction.
