This per diem nursing position is designed to join an award-winning team dedicated to the "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." You will be responsible for the nursing needs of residents within a skilled nursing setting, ensuring a safe and healthy environment where residents, staff, and visitors can participate in the resident's daily life rhythm.
In this role, you will lead and direct a team of caregivers in an assigned area. Your day will involve performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments, initiating plans of care as needed, and supervising resident care. You will develop assignments in coordination with care partners, keeping each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction. Duties and assignments may be adjusted at the discretion of the Director of Nursing Services.
To be successful in this role, candidates must hold a current RN license in the state for which they are applying and possess current CPR certification. Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute care is preferred.
