About the Unit
As an RN in our 31-bed Mother & Baby Unit, you will provide care for a wide variety of antepartum, postpartum, and newborn patients. We see approximately 4,400 patients each year. While the majority of our patients are healthy postpartum mothers and healthy newborns, we also take care of sick mothers who are experiencing complications, high-risk antepartum patients, pre-term patients, and those who have experienced pregnancy loss.

This position offers a dynamic environment where you will support families through both routine and complex stages of pregnancy and early parenthood. The role is designed to foster professional growth through structured preceptorships and continuing education opportunities. We are committed to maintaining great patient ratios and ensuring nurses have a voice through our shared governance model. Additionally, we have made significant investments in safe patient handling and mobility equipment to support your daily work.
