About the Role
The Staff Pad is partnering with a hospital in Las Vegas, NM to recruit a dedicated and compassionate PRN Registered Nurse to support their Med Surg team on an as-needed basis. This role exists to ensure high-quality patient care in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while providing the flexibility needed to meet fluctuating staffing demands.
As a PRN nurse, you will apply scientific nursing principles to provide direct, individualized care. Your day will involve monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and coordinating closely with the healthcare team to assess and implement care plans. You will also play a key role in educating patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
