Our iFlex Internal Travel Agency connects skilled professionals with critical needs across Intermountain Health's network. We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at St. Mary's Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado. As a Magnet-designated Level II Trauma Center, St. Mary's is committed to serving the community through access to advanced medical technology and specialized care.

Grand Junction offers a vibrant blend of small-town charm and scenic beauty, known for its stunning red rock landscapes and access to outdoor adventures like hiking, mountain biking, and river sports. It is also in close proximity to Colorado's wine country.

About the Role

As an iFlex RN, you will be part of an internal travel agency supporting multiple sites across our network. This role requires adaptability and a strong commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. You will deliver nursing care across various units, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

The iFlex RN assumes full responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. You will utilize clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and evidence-based practice while maintaining the flexibility to float to other units within the facility as needed. Typical admissions include sepsis, diabetes, electrolyte imbalances, gastrointestinal disorders, respiratory conditions, cardiac care, kidney and liver disease, and post-operative surgical care.
