About the Role

This Registered Nurse position supports your unique calling in patient care while fitting your life. You will coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with the specific requirements of the ICU department and the scope of practice for your state and specialty. Working in collaboration with medical providers and the care team, you will provide individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage."

As an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, you will model a commitment to the organization's vision and values to support an unparalleled patient experience. Your day-to-day involves performing procedures and monitoring as ordered, documenting care thoroughly, and translating complex medical terminology to ensure complete understanding. You will teach patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle changes to prepare them for future self-management. Additionally, you will manage evidence-based practices and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and evaluate holistic treatment plans that promote recovery.
