We are currently searching for a Registered Nurse (Pre OP/PACU) to join our team. In this role, you will work cooperatively with staff and physicians to coordinate intra-operative care, while indirectly influencing both pre- and post-operative care through effective coordination and information sharing.
You will provide nursing care to a diverse population in a multi-specialty environment, assessing patients, reviewing medical records, and ensuring all pre-requisites and preferences for planned procedures are met. Your focus will be on patient engagement and experience, including contributing to the Center's Patient Satisfaction performance. You will also be responsible for responding to life-threatening situations utilizing nursing standards and protocols.
Note: This position will begin as Part-Time and is expected to transition to Full-Time over the next couple of months.
