You will provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols, utilizing computerized documentation systems to monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions. Your responsibilities include initiating emergency resuscitative measures according to adult resuscitation and advanced life support protocols, administering medications and treatments as prescribed, and guiding healthcare personnel in maintaining standards of professional nursing practice. You will work to maintain a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for patients and families, making critical decisions under high pressure while leveraging strong interpersonal and communication skills.
