About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team and provide high-quality, patient-centered care. This role exists to deliver safe, evidence-based nursing to diverse patient populations while ensuring optimal outcomes through close collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. You will be the bridge between clinical data and patient well-being, coordinating treatment plans, administering medications, and supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives.

In this position, you will spend your day performing comprehensive assessments, developing individualized care plans, and monitoring patient status to respond promptly to changes. A significant part of your day involves educating patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge plans, as well as documenting care accurately in the EHR to maintain regulatory and hospital standards. You will also have the opportunity to precept or mentor new staff, furthering our culture of teamwork and growth.
