About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, person-centered care to our senior residents. In this role, you will be the vital link between medical needs and daily well-being, assessing resident conditions and developing individualized care plans that honor each person's dignity. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team—including physicians, therapists, and CNAs—to coordinate seamless care, while also serving as a trusted educator for residents and their families regarding health conditions and wellness activities.

Your day will be defined by a balance of clinical expertise and human connection. From administering medications and managing wound care to supervising support staff and participating in quality improvement initiatives, you will ensure a safe, engaging environment. This position is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about geriatric care and committed to promoting the highest standards of health and quality of life for our community.
