About the Role
As a Staff Nurse II, you will function as an essential member of nursing and multidisciplinary teams, providing professional nursing care to patients in varying states of health and illness. Your day will involve the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing plan of care, delivering direct patient care, instruction, and preparation for continuing care after discharge. Depending on operational needs, you may also take charge of the unit.
