About the Role
Incredible Health is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional patient care within our partner healthcare & medical services network. This role exists to bridge the gap between clinical excellence and technology-driven efficiency, ensuring that patient outcomes are optimized nationwide.
You will be the backbone of patient care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Your day will involve administering treatments safely, monitoring patient status, and educating patients and families on their health journeys. Beyond clinical duties, you will utilize digital tools provided through Incredible Health's platform to enhance communication, scheduling, and care coordination, helping to improve the clinician experience and streamline staffing across the network.

You will play a key role in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the optimization of clinical workflows and ensuring smooth patient transitions between care settings.

Requirements
- verifiedActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in practicing state

- verifiedAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred or obtained after hire
- verifiedExperience using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
Nice to Have
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification. Specialty nursing certification (e.g., CCRN, CEN, Med-Surg). Experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. Familiarity with digital health or telehealth platforms.
