About the Role
Incredible Health is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional patient care within our partner healthcare & medical services network. This role exists to bridge the gap between clinical excellence and technology-driven efficiency, ensuring that patient outcomes are optimized nationwide.
You will serve as a vital link in the care continuum, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care with a focus on safety and quality. Your day will involve collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate safe, efficient care, while utilizing digital tools to enhance communication and scheduling. From comprehensive patient assessments to supporting smooth transitions between care settings, you will play a key part in improving the clinician experience and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleAdminister medications, treatments, and therapies safely in accordance with provider orders
- check_circleMonitor patient status, interpret clinical data, and respond promptly to changes in condition
- check_circleDocument all assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the Electronic Health Record

Requirements
- verifiedActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in practicing state
- verifiedBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- verifiedBasic Life Support (BLS) certification
- verifiedAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred or obtained after hire
- verifiedExperience using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
Nice to Have
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification. Specialty nursing certification (e.g., CCRN, CEN, Med-Surg). Experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. Familiarity with digital health or telehealth platforms.
