In this role, you will be the heart of our care delivery, ensuring continuity of maximum resident care through accurate documentation, timely reporting of observations, and the execution of treatments. You will serve as a leader and mentor, providing hands-on training and skill set retraining to newly hired team members while supervising clinical and non-clinical staff. Your work will involve collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to review, plan, and evaluate resident care, coordinating admissions, discharges, and transfers to deliver quality customer service.

Requirements
