About the Role
This position utilizes the nursing process to provide comprehensive patient care. You will maintain professional accountability for the provision of care to your assigned patients, ensuring that all duties are performed in a manner consistent with Mercy's mission, values, and Service Standards. Your role involves evaluating the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers and coordinating patient care in conjunction with other departments. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining patient rights and the confidentiality of patient information.
