About the Role
The RN – Cardiac Medical ICU position is designed for experienced nursing professionals ready to support our growing CMICU team at Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, Missouri. This role operates on the night shift and utilizes the nursing process to provide comprehensive patient care.
In this position, you will maintain professional accountability for the care of assigned patients while evaluating the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers. You will coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments, ensuring that patient rights and the confidentiality of patient information are strictly maintained. All duties are performed in a manner consistent with Mercy's mission, values, and Service Standards.
