About the Role
Encompass Health seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver specialized, patient-centered care within our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. This role exists to bridge the gap between acute medical needs and long-term recovery, ensuring every patient receives a tailored path to regaining independence.
In this position, you will be the cornerstone of the patient's daily journey. Your day involves conducting comprehensive assessments to develop individualized rehabilitation care plans, administering medications and IV therapies with precision, and closely monitoring progress toward specific recovery goals. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team of therapists and physicians to coordinate care, while also serving as a vital educator for patients and their families on safety and self-care strategies for life at home.

Requirements
- verifiedActive Registered Nurse (RN) license
- verifiedBasic Life Support (BLS) certification
- verifiedAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
- verifiedExperience in rehabilitation or acute care preferred
