About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team and make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes every day. In this role, you will deliver high-quality patient care within a rehabilitation and skilled nursing setting. You will support rehabilitation plans, administer medications, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team—including physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants—to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Your day will involve assessing patient status, planning care, and evaluating outcomes using electronic medical records. You will educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and post-discharge care while enforcing safety standards to prevent falls and infections. As a key member of the team, you will supervise nursing assistants, respond to urgent clinical situations, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements
- verifiedActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment
- verifiedBasic Life Support (BLS) certification
- verifiedAdvanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred or obtained after hire
- verifiedExperience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or post-acute care preferred
- verifiedFamiliarity with infection control and safety compliance standards
- verifiedAbility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
Nice to Have
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred or obtained after hire). Experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or post-acute care. Familiarity with infection control and safety compliance standards.
