About the Role
Encompass Health seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care within our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. This role is designed to support patients through complex recovery journeys in a nurturing, high-quality, and growth-oriented environment. As an RN, you will be the cornerstone of the patient experience, assessing needs, developing individualized care plans, and administering treatments while monitoring progress toward rehabilitation goals.
You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of physicians and specialists to coordinate care, ensuring a seamless path from admission to discharge. A key part of your day involves educating patients and their families on recovery strategies, self-care, and discharge planning, empowering them to maintain health after leaving the hospital. By maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to strict safety protocols, you help foster a secure environment where healing can thrive.

Requirements
- verifiedActive Registered Nurse (RN) license

- verifiedPrevious inpatient rehab or acute care experience preferred
