About the Role
The Staff Nurse II functions as an essential member of nursing and multidisciplinary teams, providing professional nursing care to patients in varying states of health and illness. Your responsibilities include the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing plan of care. You will provide direct patient care, instruction, and preparation for continuing care after discharge. As an operational need allows, you may take charge to ensure the highest standard of care.
