About the Team
As a Staff Nurse II, you will function as an essential member of nursing and multidisciplinary teams, providing professional care to patients in varying states of health and illness. Your role encompasses the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing plan of care, ensuring direct patient care, instruction, and preparation for continuing care after discharge. You will have the opportunity to take charge as operational needs allow, contributing to a team culture that values professional growth, structured preceptorships, and shared governance where nurses truly have a voice.
