As an essential member of our multidisciplinary teams, the Staff Nurse II plays a vital role in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans. This role involves providing direct patient care, instruction, and preparation for continuing care after discharge, with the flexibility to take charge as operational needs allow.
