As a Registered Nurse in Adult Psych PRN, you will coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care consistent with the scope and standards of practice for your state and specialty. Working in collaboration with medical providers and the broader care team, you will provide individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage."
In this role, you will serve as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, modeling a commitment to the organization's vision and values to support an unparalleled patient experience. Your day-to-day involves assessing patient conditions during admission and throughout shifts, identifying and reporting changes in status, and performing procedures or monitoring as ordered by medical providers. You will manage the quality of care by collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to customize holistic treatment plans that promote recovery, while also serving as the interface between healthcare providers and community support systems to ensure the continuation of care for specialized patient groups.
