About the Role
In this position, you will provide direct patient care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support specialized services including cardiology, oncology, and orthopedics. Your day will involve assessing patient needs, administering medications and IV therapies, and monitoring conditions using EMR systems. Beyond clinical duties, you will educate patients and families on treatments and discharge plans, ensuring continuity of care during admissions, transfers, and discharges. You will also have the opportunity to precept new staff and contribute to quality improvement initiatives that uphold our commitment to evidence-based practice.
