We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of patient care, responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans. You will work closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive treatment, ensuring that every patient receives the highest standard of safety and quality.
Your day will involve performing thorough patient assessments, administering medications and IV therapies safely, and managing complex clinical needs such as wound care and triage. Beyond clinical duties, you will play a vital role in educating patients and their families on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge plans. You will also actively participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
