About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team and deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care. In this role, you will serve as a vital advocate for patient safety and quality, collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans. Your day will involve performing detailed assessments, administering medications, and utilizing advanced technology and EMR systems to monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition. Beyond clinical duties, you will play a key educational role, guiding patients and families through diagnoses, treatments, and discharge planning. This position also offers the opportunity to support the growth of new staff and nursing students through mentoring and orientation.
