Campbell County Health (CCH) is more than just a hospital; we are a comprehensive healthcare system serving northeast Wyoming. Our organization includes Campbell County Memorial Hospital, a 90-bed acute care community hospital in Gillette; Campbell County Medical Group, featuring nearly 20 specialty and primary care clinics—including locations in Wright and Hulett; and The Legacy Living & Rehabilitation Center, a long-term care facility.
As a Registered Nurse at the Hulett Clinic, you will work collaboratively with Clinic Providers and Leadership to assess, plan, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. This role plays a vital part in supporting patients in achieving optimal health while advancing the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
You will coordinate and delegate care activities, advocate for patients and families, and support improvement initiatives across the continuum of care. Your day will involve conducting thorough patient assessments, using the nursing process to deliver personalized care that addresses physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, and educating patients and families on health conditions and preventive care. You will build trusting relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and compassionate support in a fast-paced clinic setting.
The Registered Nurse practices within the standards of the Wyoming Nurse Practice Act, the American Nurses Association, and the National Patient Safety Goals. You will also maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment and may assist in other clinic locations when needed to support team coverage and patient care continuity.
