About the Role
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to adult rehab patients, completing comprehensive assessments, administering medications and treatments, and closely monitoring progress.
You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and update individualized care plans, educate patients and families on recovery goals, and support safe discharge planning.
