About the Role

In this position, you will deliver patient-centered care across diverse populations within a collaborative, multidisciplinary hospital environment. Your day will involve performing comprehensive assessments, monitoring vital signs, and administering medications and treatments safely. You will partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans, ensuring that every patient receives the highest standard of support.

Beyond clinical duties, you will play a vital role in educating patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, and discharge instructions. You will also contribute to quality and safety initiatives by maintaining accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) and adhering to strict infection prevention standards.
