The Registered Nurse 2 - Specialty - On Call role is designed to deliver patient-family centered care in a culturally competent manner. This position serves as a vital link in our continuum of care, ensuring that population-specific needs are met while upholding evidence-based standards of quality, safety, and service. Beyond direct clinical duties, the incumbent plays a leadership role by overseeing nurses and allied health staff in their daily practice, fostering a supportive and professional environment.

In this dynamic on-call capacity, you will be the face of our compassionate care philosophy. Your day involves assessing patients, evaluating treatment plans, and collaborating closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to implement and adjust care strategies. You will serve as a preceptor, guiding new staff through the healthcare environment and helping them acclimate to their roles. Whether administering medications, operating medical equipment, or providing psychological support, your work ensures that every patient receives superior care tailored to their unique needs.
