The Residency Registered Nurse 2 – Specialty (U) is a pivotal role dedicated to delivering patient-family centered care in a culturally competent manner. Based at the UHealth Tower, this position utilizes evidence-based standards of quality, safety, and service to ensure population-specific patient care. Beyond direct clinical duties, the incumbent oversees nurses and allied health staff in their daily practice, serving as a preceptor to help new staff acclimate to the healthcare environment. The role requires nurturing a compassionate environment by providing psychological support and adapting to changing work demands while safely operating complex medical equipment.
