About the Role
Encompass Health seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver specialized, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care to support complex patients on their recovery journey. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team, provide education to patients and families, and ensure safe, evidence-based practice.
