About the Role

Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide specialized care within our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. This position is designed for a professional who thrives in a nurturing, dynamic environment where meaningful patient relationships are at the forefront of daily work. You will play a pivotal role in supporting optimal recovery for adult patients by assessing their needs, developing individualized care plans, and administering medications and treatments with precision.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians and therapists, to deliver patient-centric rehabilitation care. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve monitoring patient progress, documenting care in the Electronic Health Record (EHR), and educating patients and their families on rehabilitation goals, therapies, and discharge plans. You will also actively participate in care conferences and quality improvement initiatives to uphold the highest safety and quality standards.
