About the Role
The Staff Nurse II functions as an essential member of nursing and multidisciplinary teams, providing professional care to patients in varying states of health and illness. This role encompasses the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing plan of care. You will provide direct patient care, instruction, and preparation for continuing care after discharge. As operational needs allow, you may take charge of the unit, ensuring seamless care delivery.
